Order Policy:

All wholesale orders must be placed via our website www.peoples-jewelry.com If an error occurs while ordering or if you have any questions regarding ordering please email shipping@peoples-jewlery.com for assistance.

People’s Jewelry turn around times are subject to change at any time including after an order is placed. Our turnaround time is based on the average time orders are being completed and are not meant to reflect the exact date an order is expected to be completed. We are always monitoring and editing our turnaround time banner to ensure they reflect our order completion rate accurately as accurately as possible.

All orders must be paid in full prior to being produced.

Failure of prompt payment for order add-ons or shipping upgrades will result in a delay in order shipment. Orders will not be shipped until the entirety of the order, add-ons and shipping upgrades are paid in full.

Once an order is completed you will receive an automated email which contains your tracking number and serves as verification of completion. If you receive an automated email that your order has been completed that does not contain a tracking number or contains an incorrect tracking number, please contact us.

Shipping Policy:

Please be aware that order delivery estimates are an estimate and not an exact delivery date. People’s Jewelry turnaround times do not include shipping times. Once an order leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipping courier.

People’s Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We currently offer USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping options. If your preferred shipping option does not appear at checkout and you would like to select a different shipping method after placing your order, please email shipping@peoples-jewelry.com.

If you would like to add insurance to your package please contact us at shipping@peoples-jewelry.com. Taxes, duties and all charges related to the importation of jewelry through customs will be billed to the recipient.

Subscription Policy:

You understand that you are subscribing to a recurring shipment program during which you will receive a new shipment at the frequency you signed up for with a duration of 12-months unless this agreement is canceled. You also understand that you can cancel your ongoing shipment at any time after the initial purchase to avoid being charged for the next shipment of merchandise. This purchase will appear on your credit card statement as “Peoples Jewelry.”

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting “My Subscriptions” under “My Account” or by calling us at (909) 931-3323 or emailing us at shipping@peoples-jewelry.com.

Defects Policy:

While we do our best to quality check every item to the best of our abilities there may be instances where you may receive a product that is defective due to manufacturing errors. In the event you receive any items that appear to be defective we will gladly exchange, refund or offer store credit for any and all items.

If an item shows damage that was caused by improper care or misuse, this would not be covered under our warranty and would not be eligible for replacement or credit.

Please know that our SATISFACTION GUARANTEE is for any and all titanium jewelry including broken pins, broken opals, stripped threads, loose settings, clogged threadless pieces, etc. Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover any of our brass, glass, or stone jewelry. If any items are received incorrectly or broken we are more than happy to replace them however, if any brass items, glass or stone jewelry is broken due to mishandling, it will not be eligible for replacement.

All returns for defects are handled through email or phone call. Please provide the order number, and specifications of the product you would like to return.

In the event you are not able to find the order which a broken or defective item is from, please contact shipping@peoples-jewelry.com and we would be happy to initiate an exchange request for you. Exchange requests without an order number will only be eligible for store credit or exchange. Reimbursement will not be authorized for exchange requests without an order number.

Approved exchanges will be produced in line with our turnaround time and will be completed when we have received confirmation that you have shipped your return back to us. All approved exchange requests will be emailed a prepaid shipping label for ease of return.

Instructions for Defective Jewelry Returns:

When sending defective jewelry back for returns, please adhere to the following steps:

  1. Ensure the jewelry is sterilized and free of any biological matter.
  2. Individually seal each piece of jewelry in sterile packs and clearly label them with an indicator showing that they have been processed.
  3. Package the jewelry securely in a bubble mailer or a properly padded box.
  4. Include a return form along with the jewelry specifying the defect, preferred method of exchange and the order number the defective items are from.
  5. We strongly recommend adding insurance when shipping packages. Any jewelry lost in transit will not be credited or replaced.
  6. Damage caused by improper shipping/handling is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and may be subject to labor charges.

Returns Policy:

Returns of non-defective merchandise, not due to a shipping error, must be filed within 14 days of receiving the order, and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return non-defective jewelry. We do not accept returns on non-defective, worn jewelry.

Instructions for Non-Defective Jewelry Returns:

When sending jewelry back for returns, please adhere to the following steps:

  1. Package the jewelry securely in a bubble mailer or a properly padded box to guarantee its safe arrival.
  2. Include a completed return form along with the jewelry, specifying the reason for return and preferred method of exchange.
  3. For jewelry returned for credit, use the original packaging.
  4. We strongly recommend adding insurance when shipping packages. Any jewelry lost in transit will not be credited or replaced.
  5. Damage caused by improper shipping/handling is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and may be subject to labor charges.

Once we receive and inspect the jewelry, we will notify you of any applicable labor charges or if an item does not qualify under the manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.

Please note that all custom jewelry is considered a final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Account Requirements:

In order to have a wholesale account with People’s Jewelry you must provide a valid tax identification number (EIN,URT, etc), resale certificate, business license, and physical address for the business. We do not ship packages to P.O. boxes and require a physical delivery address. We do not require order minimums and you are free to order as little or as much as you would like. By purchasing from People’s Jewelry you have full access to our catalogs of water marks, photos, etc. By signing this agreement you agree that all media is property of People’s Jewelry and can not be edited, cropped, or altered in any way. All products purchased from the site must be sold and represented as People’s Jewelry and can not be rebranded and sold as anything other than a People’s Jewelry product.

Intellectual Property Rights:

You acknowledge and agree that: (a) We or our suppliers own all rights, title and interest, including the Intellectual Property Rights, in or to the products marketed and/or sold through the Site. For the purpose of this Agreement, “Intellectual Property Rights” means any and all of the following:

(a) rights associated with works of authorship throughout the universe, including but not limited to copyrights and moral rights;

(b) trademark and trade name rights and similar rights;

(c) trade secret rights; and

(d) patents, designs, and other industrial property rights.

(b) You do not have and, by reason or your purchase, will not have or acquire any ownership of any Intellectual Property Rights in or to the products marketed or sold through the Site.

(c) You will not:

(i) distribute, republish or reproduce all or any part of the products;

(ii) remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on any product or any component of any product;

(iii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to reproduce or copy the products or any components of the products.

Goods for Resale or Export:

If you are a wholesaler or a reseller, you must provide us with a valid, current resale certificate in order for us not to charge you applicable sales taxes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the various states and of the United States and any country into which you import any products you purchase through the Site. You understand that you are wholly and exclusively responsible for compliance with any resale, exportation, importation, distribution, marketing, labeling, licensing, and registration laws applicable to any products you purchase through the Site. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless People’s Jewelry and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all causes of action, liabilities, claims, costs, damages and expenses arising out of or related to or in connection with (a) your misuse of the products, (b) your importation, storage, marketing, sale or distribution of the products, and (c) your failure to comply with any applicable law, regulation, or industry standard regarding the export, import, distribution, marketing or sale of the products. All orders are shipped with signature confirmation. If you choose to opt out of signature confirmation the buyer assumes all responsibility for lost packages and People’s Jewelry is not responsible to have your order remade or reshipped.

Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration:

(a) YOU AND WE ARE AGREEING TO GIVE UP (WAIVE) ANY RIGHTS TO LITIGATE CLAIMS IN A COURT OR BEFORE A JURY, OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO A CLAIM. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU WOULD HAVE IF YOU WENT TO COURT MAY ALSO BE UNAVAILABLE OR MAY BE LIMITED IN ARBITRATION. ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE OR CONTROVERSY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER PRE-EXISTING, PRESENT OR FUTURE, AND INCLUDING STATUTORY, CONSUMER PROTECTION, COMMON LAW, INTENTIONAL TORT, INJUNCTIVE AND EQUITABLE CLAIMS) BETWEEN YOU AND US ARISING FROM OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS THROUGH THE SITE, WILL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY AND FINALLY BY BINDING ARBITRATION EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BELOW.

(b) The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with the Consumer Arbitration Rules if you are an individual consumer or the Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures if you are a business, except as modified by this Section 11. The AAA Rules are available at adr.org or by calling the AAA at 1-800-778-7879. The Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this section. The arbitrator will be empowered to grant whatever relief would be available in court under law or in equity. Any award of the arbitrator(s) will be final and binding on each of the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. If you prevail on any claim that affords the prevailing party attorneys’ fees, the arbitrator may award reasonable fees to you under the standards for fee shifting provided by law.

(c) You may elect to pursue your claim in small-claims court rather than arbitration if your claim is within the scope of the small-claims court’s jurisdiction. The small-claims court proceeding will be limited solely to your individual dispute or controversy.

(d) You agree to an arbitration on an individual basis. In any dispute, NEITHER YOU NOR WE WILL BE ENTITLED TO JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS BY OR AGAINST OTHER CUSTOMERS IN COURT OR IN ARBITRATION OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE, CLASS MEMBER OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY. The arbitral tribunal may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. The arbitral tribunal has no power to consider the enforceability of this class arbitration waiver and any challenge to the class arbitration waiver may only be raised in a court of competent jurisdiction. The buyer hereby assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the use of purchased products and waives all liability claims against the seller of any kind of nature, including liability for penalties, fines, property damage, personal injury or death, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

Entire Agreement:

Our order confirmation, these Terms, our Website Terms and Conditions of Use, and our Privacy Policy are the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these
