New Website!

Dear customers,

We've moved our storefront to Shopify! This means some important changes with regard to your account.

Existing Customers:

We have migrated customer accounts based on your email address. So, if you had an account on our previous website, you have an account here! Simply log in with the email address you always used. We'll email you a code to complete your login.

Please resubmit your information on your business profile page. Once submitted, please log out from your profile page and log back in on the home page.
No need to wait for account approval, just log out and log back in and you should be good to go!

Still Having Issues?

-On your account page, open the menu bar and press log out on the bottom.

- After that it will bring you back to our home page

- Open the three lines on the side of that page and scroll all the way down and press log in at the very bottom of the page. 

- Once you do that, you will be prompted to enter your email address. 

- Go ahead and enter your email address and you should receive a login code to your email. 

- Enter that code. 

- Once you enter that code it will bring you back to your profile where you will want to open the menus on the side and select shop. That will take you to our home page again and pricing should be visible. 

Order History:

We're unable to migrate previous orders into Shopify due to incompatibility between platforms along with many changes to our products. If you need to access your previous order history you can log into our old website at archive.peoples-jewelry.com or contact us at shipping@peoples-jewelry.com if you have any questions. Over the next few days we will continue to close out orders on our old store, so if you have an open order there, you may get order update emails from our old shop.

Subscriptions:

If you had any recurring orders with us, please note that you will need to resubscribe and re-authorize the recurring charge. You can manage current subscriptions on your account page.

New Customers:
Please create an account. You can browse our site but you will need to complete your business profile and provide your proof of your tax exempt status for account approval.
