We offer First Class (5-10 days), Priority (usually 3-5 days), and Priority Express (1-2 days). International shipping times vary widely and tracking is only offered via Priority or Priority Express. NEW FedEx Shipping! We are pleased to bring our international customers FedEx shipping for more reliability. You should now see FedEx shipping options in your cart along with Priority and Priority Express still being options from USPS. We’ve had a few issues with USPS first-class shipping as they do not provide shipment tracking outside of the US, we’ve removed that option for international customers and added alternative options from FedEx! As a company, we strive to give you the best experience possible and one of the most important parts of that experience is getting you your jewelry quickly and on time! We offer a 100% guarantee against manufacturer defects for the life of the jewelry. If you find that there is a defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt to issue a return.
Every item that is shipped in your order will be sealed. If you want to return an item because you are dissatisfied with it, you are more than welcome to do so as long as the items seal is not broken. The reason we cannot accept an unsealed item is that the item is now considered used and/or possibly has been worn. This is for your protection. We do not re-sell used jewelry for sterilization reasons. When you buy jewelry from People’s Jewelry, you are guaranteed not to get a used item or previously worn jewelry.
